Amir Kalhor, the Musician writes about himselfs:
"I left Iran in 2008. Since then, settling in Leipzig, I've been living a life of a musician in exile. Along the different colaborations, from Puppetry and experimental Music to Choral and Early music, a yearning for my homeland has been accompanying me day in and day out. Swinging between hope and despair to see brighter days of liberty has left a song with me now and then. my old friend, a percussionist، a composer and passionate fellow of persian music since a decade will be accompanying me with his lively beats."
